Summary: We had an incredible half-day exploring beyond the city with our guide, Kevin. The experience started with a stop at a local horchata spot — not the touristy kind, but an authentic place. It was a refreshing way to start the excursion. From there, we headed into the mountains for a light hike that offered absolutely stunning panoramic views. Kevin was knowledgeable, easygoing, and shared interesting stories that made the journey even more enjoyable. To top it all off, we ended with a delicious paella lunch at a seaside restaurant. The setting was perfect — ocean breeze and relaxed vibes. This experience was an excellent balance of nature, culture, and cuisine. Highly recommend if you're looking to get off the beaten path and outside the city.
